These are ideal for turning large workpieces and pipes in the oil field industry, these powerful machines can easily accommodate large diameter turning and threading applications. The wide range of thread range allows API threading with ease & also taper turning operations. The large swing can be applied to big diameter pipes, steel rollers, large diameter flanges, long shafts of ships, etc.

• ABL Large Bore Lathes have heavy-duty headstock with a main spindle bore ranging from 150 mm and 1000 mm with wider bed to ensure increased load carrying capacity.
• Auto-Threading & Taper Turning can be provided through AC Servo Motors (Optional)
• Multiple Spindle Speeds options through Lever (Optional through VVFD)
• High precision antifriction bearings for the hardened and ground main spindle.
• Hardened and ground bed guideways up to 280 to 300 BHN
• Carriage guideways are fixed with antifriction turcite liners for stick-slip-free movement.
• Rigid tailstock with hardened and ground sleeve with built-in rotating center.
• Widely Spaced Carriage is provided with rapid traverse arrangement for saddle, cross slide and top slide.
